NTH ACADEMY & SELECT SOCCER
NASA Tophat was founded in 2016 with the mergers of North Atlanta Soccer Academy and Tophat Soccer Club. Competitive Soccer is divided into two distinct levels, Academy and Select soccer. Academy soccer encompasses all players ages 7-12 and is organized mostly by our local branches. Select soccer serves all players ages 13 and older and can be organized by the entire club or by our individual branches. Today, our boys program plays under the NASA banner and the girls program plays under the Tophat banner.

NASA was founded with the merger of United Quest and MNYSA Soccer Clubs in 2004. NASA has consistently provided top-level training and expertise for all players throughout our programs. We are focused on fostering a competitive environment at the highest levels of the game. It is the goal of NASA to be the best youth soccer club in the country at all levels of the game. We are set on creating an organization that sustains the club over time, while contributing to the community, and provides valuable life experiences for kids.
ECNL: ECNL is the Elite Clubs National League and is divided into two programs, ECNL and ECNL-RL or Regional League. ECNL and ECNL-RL teams are expected to compete at the highest levels and will have extensive travel for the player looking for the top competition in the nation. All ECNL and ECNL-RL teams are organized on a club-wide basis.
SCCL: SCCL is divided into two levels, Club and Premier. Club-level teams are the highest level of SCCL and compete at a regional level. Premier-level teams compete at a more local level. SCCL Club teams are organized on a club-wide basis, while Premier teams are organized at individual parks and locations.
ACADEMY: The Academy Program is a developmental program for 6-12 year old players (U8-U12) and is the foundation of our Select Program. We are a possession oriented club that is committed to a long-term player development model with a major focus on technical development.
Tophat was founded in 1982 and was named after founder Cy Strikler's Navy Fighter Squadron, the Tophatters, VF-14. The Fighting Fourteen "Tophatters" are the Navy's oldest active squadron and have a history filled with pride and excellence. Tophat is the premier girls' soccer club in the southeast. We are a club that is committed to a player development model with a major focus on technical development at the younger ages. In addition, we are committed to providing opportunities for girls of all abilities and commitment levels to play within our club. Our coaching staff are dedicated to working together to create a seamless development environment in which players are exposed to multiple high-level coaches in various competitive environments and situations. We strive to develop top quality soccer players but more importantly strong, confident young women that know they are capable of achieving greatness. Tophat teams compete in the Girls Academy League, Development Player League, and SCCL Club and Premier levels.
Girls Academy League (GAL): The GAL program is a national competition among the top girls program throughout the United States. Tophat is proud to offer two teams in this program, and the teams are organized on a club-wide basis.
Development Player League (DPL): The DPL program is a regional competition with the opportunity to play against teams from across the United States. This program is organized on a club-wide basis.
Southeastern Clubs Champions League (SCCL): The SCCL program is divided into two levels, Club and Premier. Club-level teams compete regionally and are formed on a club-wide basis. Premier teams compete more locally and are organized by park or NTH location.
